Nghiên cứu này khám phá các yếu tố then chốt ảnh hưởng đến ý định khởi nghiệp của sinh viên Việt Nam trong bối cảnh hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp đại học. Dữ liệu định tính từ sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp và doanh nhân cho thấy vai trò quan trọng của nhận thức, tính cách, mạng lưới, kiến thức, tài chính, khả năng thích nghi và xu hướng thị trường. Nghiên cứu cũng chỉ ra sự non trẻ của hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp đại học hiện tại và đề xuất các giải pháp về tăng cường tính thực tiễn đào tạo, mở rộng liên kết doanh nghiệp và xây dựng quỹ hỗ trợ.
This study examines the critical factors shaping Vietnamese students' entrepreneurial intentions within the university entrepreneurial ecosystem. Qualitative data gathered from recent graduates and entrepreneurs highlights the significance of awareness, personality traits, networks, knowledge acquisition, financial resources, adaptability, and market trend recognition. The research identifies the underdeveloped nature of the current university entrepreneurial ecosystem and recommends enhancing training practicality, strengthening business connections, and establishing dedicated support funds.
