Bài viết phân tích thực trạng ứng dụng công nghệ Blockchain trong hoạt động cho vay ngang hàng (P2P Lending) tại Việt Nam, đồng thời đề xuất các kiến nghị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và bảo đảm an toàn trong quá trình triển khai. Phương pháp nghiên cứu được sử dụng là tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu thứ cấp từ các công trình nghiên cứu liên quan đến công nghệ chuỗi khối và mô hình cho vay ngang hàng. Bên cạnh đó, bài viết còn khai thác một số số liệu thống kê thực tế để làm rõ hiện trạng ứng dụng Blockchain trong lĩnh vực này tại Việt Nam. Trên cơ sở đó, nghiên cứu đưa ra các kiến nghị đối với Chính phủ và doanh nghiệp, tập trung vào việc hoàn thiện khung pháp lý, chuẩn hóa điều kiện cấp phép và yêu cầu an toàn tài chính, tăng cường quản trị, bảo mật thông tin và minh bạch dữ liệu.
The study analyzes the current application of Blockchain technology in peer-to-peer (P2P) lending activities in Vietnam and proposes recommendations to enhance efficiency and ensure safety during implementation. The research employs a synthetic and analytical approach based on secondary data collected from previous studies related to blockchain technology and peer-to-peer lending models. In addition, the paper utilizes several practical statistical data to clarify the current state of blockchain adoption in this field in Vietnam. Based on the findings, the study provides recommendations for both the Government and enterprises, focusing on improving the legal framework, standardizing licensing conditions and financial safety requirements, strengthening governance, ensuring data security, and enhancing transparency.
